醋柳黄酮治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床评价

为评价醋柳黄酮治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效，在1年内进行了开放性、多中心的临床观察研究。159例患者口服醋柳黄酮10～20mg，每日3次，疗程4周。治疗结果：醋柳黄酮能明显缓解心绞痛发作，总有效率88．68％；能改善心电图心肌缺血表现，有效率58．96％；明显改善中医各临床证候，总有效率90以上；能降低血脂、血粘度、纤维蛋白原及血小板聚集率。结论：醋柳黄酮能有效、安全治疗冠心病心绞痛，尤其轻中度稳定型心绞痛；并有预防血栓形成和抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Assessment of effects of Flavonhippophae on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

An opening multicentric clinical study was performed to estimated effects of Flavonhippophae (Yada Sinda con)on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease within 1 year. 159 patients were administered 10 - 29mg three times daily for four weeks. After treatment, angina pectoris attacks were relieved significantly, total validity rate is 88. 68 %. Myocardial ischemia indicated by EKG was improved, the validity rate is 58. 96 %. The clinical signs of traditional Chinese medicine took a favorable turn obviously, total validity rate is more than 90%. The study also showed blood lipid, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation were reduced. The results sug gest that Flavonhippophae treat mild or moderate steady angina pectoris effectively and safely. Furthemore, it may prevent thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
