| 摘 要： | 个人健康信息作为数据信息的一种,在网络时代不可避免的容易受到侵犯。文章对电子健康档案及信息隐私权进行分析,对比国外关于数据信息的相关法令,指出我国保护电子健康档案的必要性,并提出完善保护健康信息隐私权的建议。
