| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用气道支架封堵气道胸膜瘘的治疗疗效;方法12例患者,经DR、CT或气管造影证实气道胸膜瘘患者,气管食管瘘3例、气管胸膜瘘2例,支气管残端瘘7例,在DSA机下成功置入气道覆膜支架进行封堵,成功封堵后并持续胸膜腔负压引流、冲洗;结果12例患者均成功封堵,无一例复发,康复良好;结果气道覆膜支架置入术是封堵气道胸膜瘘的行之有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of airway stents in treatment of airway pleura fistula.Methods Twelve patients were diagnosed airway pleura fistula by DR,CT or Tracheography,in which there were 3 cases of tracheo-asophageal fistula,2 of trachea pleura fistula and 7 of bronchial Stump fistula.Under the guidance of DSA,all patients were placed successfully airway membrane stent to treat the fistula.Intrapleural negative pressure-draining and douching were done after procedure.Result All patients ... |
