| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入青光眼小梁切除术的临床疗效。方法对青光眼合并白内障行三联手术的31例34眼进行回顺性分析。结果术后眼压控制在10．24～18．68mmHg，平均（14．05±3．73）mmHg。术后视力均较术前有不同程度的提高，术后并发症发生率及严重程度并不比小梁切除术或自内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术高。结论小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入联合青光眼小梁切除术能有效地控制眼压，提高视力；是一种安全、有效的治疗白内障合并青光眼的联合手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of extracapsular cataract extraction posteriorchamber intraocular lens （ECCE PC - IOL） implantation and trabeculcctomy triple operation with small incisions. Methods Triple operation on 31 cases （ 34 eyes ） with glancoma and cataract was analyzed in retrospectively. Result Postoperative intraocular pressure （lOP） ： 10.24 - 18.68mmHg, the mean postoperative IOP： 14.05 ± 3.73mmHg. Postoperative visual acuities were improved. The rate anti the degree of seriousness of the postoperative complication by triple operation were the same as those by trabeculectomy or ECCE PC- IOL implantation. Conclusion The triple operation with small incision may effectively eoatrol lOP and improve visual acuity. Triple operation is an effective and safe provedure for cataract patients with glaucoma. |
