阴道超声在盆腔静脉淤血综合征中的诊断价值

目的 探讨阴道超声检查在盆腔静脉淤血综合征诊断中的价值,提高人们对此病的认识.方法 对138例患者经阴道超声检查结果与手术结果相对照.结果 本组138例经阴道超声诊断准确率为97.7%,敏感性为97.1%,后位子宫占70.3%,子宫体积均匀性增大约占55.8%,卵巢肿大占26.8%,盆腔少量积液48.6%.结论 阴道超声检查是诊断盆腔静脉曲张综合征无创检查中最敏感、可靠的检查方法.

Role of Transvaginal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome
