| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在检查浅表软组织损伤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析85例外伤所致浅表软组织损伤的高频超声声像图特点。结果本组85例中,损伤后软组织水肿40例,肌肉组织血肿21例,肌腱损伤5例,异物15例,假性动脉瘤4例。高频超声能清晰显示软组织水肿情况、肌肉受损程度、血肿大小并鉴别假性动脉瘤,判断有无异物存在、肌腱是否撕裂。结论高频超声对探查浅表软组织损伤有较高的准确性,且安全,快捷,费用低廉,应作为首选的影像学诊断方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the detection of superficial soft tissue injury.Methods 85 patients with superficial soft tissue injury were examined with high frequency ultrasonography.Results Of 85 patients,there were 40 cases with oedema after soft sissue injury,21 cases with intramuscular hematomas,5 cases with tendon injury,15 cases with foreign body and 4 cases with pseudaneurysm.High-frequency ultrasound could distinctly show the oedema of soft tissue,extent of the muscle injury,the size of hematoma differentiated to pseudaneurysm.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is a high exact rate in diagnosis of superficial soft tissue injury. |
