| 摘 要： | 目的 了解酒精性肝硬变的治疗与转归。方法 实验室检测及诊治63例酒精性肝硬变的临床分析。结果 63例酒精性肝硬化中，死亡13例，分别合并癌变者9例，肝萎缩1例，门体分流性脑病2例，食管静脉曲张出血1例，其余戒酒后均愈后良好。结论 酒精性肝硬化经积极治疗，愈后良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods To analyse the patients of 63 alcoholic cirrhosis through laboratory test and treatment.Results There were 13 patients dying in the alcoholic cirrhosis of 63,including nine patients of cancer?one of hobnail liver?Two of cerebrosis with liver?one of esophageal varicosity,the others were better after stopping drinking alcohol.Conclusions The patients of alcoholic cirrhosis would be better if they were treated positively. |
