聚乙二醇滴眼液对准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术后角膜雾状混浊形成的影响

目的探讨聚乙二醇滴眼液对准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)后角膜雾状混浊(haze)影响的临床研究。方法回顾性分析2009年3月-2010年3月行LASEK的患者45例90只眼的临床资料。患者屈光度(4.68±2.30)D(1.75～6.50 D),随机分为聚乙二醇滴眼液组(试验组)和对照组,术后定期随访观察两组角膜haze形成、角膜上皮愈合时间、视力恢复情况及屈光度。结果术后1、3、6个月,两组haze形成差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组术后第1、3、5天角膜刺激症状明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),上皮愈合速度较对照组更快(P<0.05)。结论 LASEK术后应用聚乙二醇滴眼液虽然能减轻术后患者角膜刺激症状,能促进角膜上皮更快愈合,但是不能减轻haze的形成。

Clinical Research on the Influence of Systane Lubricant Eye Drops on the Formation of Corneal Haze after Laser Epithelial Keratomileusis

Objective To evaluate the influence of systane lubricant eye drops on the formation of haze on cornea after laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK).Methods The clinical data of 90 eyes of 45 patients who underwent LASEK in our hospital between March 2009 and March 2010 were retrospectively studied.The eyes had an average spherical equivalent refraction of(?4.68 ± 2.30) D(from ?1.75 D to ?6.50 D).They were randomly divided into systane lubricant eye drops group(the trial group) and control group.Haze formation,healing time of corneal epithelium,sight recovery and eye refraction were observed and compared between the two groups after the operation.Results There was no difference of haze formation between the control group and the trial group at month 1,3,and 6 after operation(P>0.05).There was much lighter symptoms of corneal irritation were experienced by patients in the trial group than patients in the control group on day 1,3 and 5 after operation(P<0.05).Shorter time of epithelium healing was also observed in the trial group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Although systane lubricant eye drops can obviously alleviate corneal irritation after LASEK and shorten the healing time of corneal epithelium,but it can not reduce the formation of haze.
