葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的回顾与分析

目的探讨和分析葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)的诱发因素、临床表现、诊治特点及其治疗方法,为临床提供依据。方法对1995年1月-2010年12月收治46例确诊为SSSS患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,数据应用SPSS 13.0统计软件包处理。结果该病发病人群以1～6岁健康婴幼儿居多(71.1%),感染为主要发病诱因,早期出现眼周红斑、口周红斑伴放射状裂纹,具有特殊的诊断意义。治疗上应早期足量应用抗生素,早期使用丙种球蛋白疗效显著。结论 SSSS是一种少见的皮肤病,目前诊断主要依据其典型的临床表现、感染病灶细菌培养等。治疗以早期选用足量敏感抗生素,一般5～7 d好转,10 d左右痊愈,长期并发症少见,联用丙种球蛋白能有效缓解症状,缩短病程,系统使用糖皮质激素并不能有效缩短病程。

Retrospective Analysis of Patients with Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome

Objective To discuss and analyze the inducing factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis characteristics and optimal treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome(SSSS),so as to improve future clinical work.Methods The data of 46 child patients with clinically diagnosed SSSS from January 1995 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively with the application of SPSS 13.0 for windows software.Results The majority(71.14%) of the patients was consisted of otherwise healthy children ranging from 1 to 6 years of age.Infection was identified as the main inducing factor,and early manifestations including peri-orbital and perioral erythema with radiating crack were found to be of important diagnostic value.Early treatment with potent antibiotics and c-type globulin was noted to have significant therapeutic effects.Conclusions SSSS is a rare skin disease,and the current diagnosis is mainly based on its typical clinical manifestation and positive bacteria culture from the infection lesions.Early initiation of potent sensitive antibiotics along with c-type globulin can effectively relieve symptoms and shorten the duration of symptoms.Generally,the disease begins to recover after treatment for 5 to 7 days,heals within 10 days,and the long-term complications are rare.However,the systemic use of glucocorticoid is not effective in shortening the duration of symptoms.
