| 摘 要： | 目的：研究豆科仪花属植物单刀根Lysidice rhodostegia的化学成分。方法：利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化，根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：得到13个化合物，分别为(-)-5‘-methoxyisolariciresinol 3α-O—β-D—glucopyranoside(Ⅰ)、( )-5‘-methoxyisolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D—glucopyranoside(Ⅱ)、(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O—β-D—glucopyranoside(Ⅲ)、白藜芦醇(resvemtrol，Ⅳ)、羽扇豆醇(1upeol，Ⅴ)、2-羟基羽扇豆醇(2-hydroxy-lupeol，Ⅵ)、白桦酸(betulinicacid，Ⅶ)、sitosteryl 3β-glucoside 6’-O-palmitate(Ⅷ)、二十一酸-3-谷甾醇酯(heneicosanic-3-O-β-sitostemlate，Ⅸ)、没食子酸(gallic acid，Ⅹ)、棕榈酸(palmiticacid，Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol，Ⅻ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosteml，Ⅷ)。结论：13个化合物均为首次从单刀根中分离得到。
