黄芪治疗消渴病的药证规律分析

利用EXCEL和SPSS统计软件分析黄芪治疗消渴病的证治规律和特点。黄芪治疗消渴病的组方中,补虚药黄芪为治疗消渴的主要配伍药物,其次是清热药,同时注重利水渗湿、安神收敛药物的配伍。补虚药中,以人参、甘草为代表的补气药为主;清热药中清热泻火药物的使用频次最高,高频清热药物是清虚热的地骨皮;在组方配伍时,更注重肾经药物的选用及循经导药的作用,同时肝经的药物也多有选用;在配伍药物的性味上以甘味为主,取其甘补之效。统计中还发现许多至今已不常用之中药,如土瓜根、羊肾、桑螵蛸等,一些药物的特殊用法,如生地黄绞汁服用等也值得进一步研究。

Regulation and Characteristics Analyzing of Drugs-Syndrome of Astragalus on Diabetes of TCM

Using the software of Excel and SPSS to deal with R frequency,analyze the regulation and characteristics of drugs-syndrome of Astragalus on diabetes of TCM.The results showed that deficiency-nourishing drugs was the primary combinated drugs,such as Ginseng Radix and Glycyrriza Uralensis Fisch.G.Glabra L,the next was the heat clearing drugs,such as Lycii Radicis Cortex.Astragalus was widely used in Song dynasty.The first channel tropism of compatibility drug was kidney chan-nel,and the second was liver channel.The first natures and flavors of combinated drugs was sweet.
