| Abstract: | The drug-loaded nanoparticle is a new product produced bynanotechnology combined with modern medicine, which is a new drug and genedelivery carrier. It can slowly release drug, transporte drug to target organ throughpenetrating the biological barrier, carry DNA into plasma, and built up a new routeof administration. This article reviewed the application research of drug-loadednanoparticle in medical and pharmaceutical field, and predicted its prospects ofdevelopment application. |
