摘    要:载药纳米微粒是纳米技术与现代医药学结合的产物,是一种新型的药物和基因输送载体。它具有缓释药物、透过生物屏障靶向输送药物、将 DNA导入细胞浆质内和建立新的给药途径等优势。

Abstract:The drug-loaded nanoparticle is a new product produced bynanotechnology combined with modern medicine, which is a new drug and genedelivery carrier. It can slowly release drug, transporte drug to target organ throughpenetrating the biological barrier, carry DNA into plasma, and built up a new routeof administration. This article reviewed the application research of drug-loadednanoparticle in medical and pharmaceutical field, and predicted its prospects ofdevelopment application.
