CD44v6、MMP-2与VEGF-C的表达与宫颈癌生物学行为的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨粘附分子CD4 4拼接变异体v6 (CD4 4splicevariantv6 ,CD4 4v6 )、基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (matrixmetalloproteinase - 2 ,MMP - 2 )与血管内皮生长因子 -C(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor-C ,VEGF -C)的表达与宫颈癌临床病理生物学行为的关系以及它们之间的相关性。方法 应用免疫组化方法对 4 0例宫颈癌组织进行CD4 4v6、MMP - 2与VEGF -C蛋白检测。结果 CD4 4v6、MMP - 2与VEGF -C的表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移及浸润深度密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与临床分期、组织类型、组织分化等无关 ;CD4 4v6、MMP - 2、VEGF -C在宫颈癌组织中表达呈正相关 ,其共同强表达者发生淋巴结转移与深度浸润的几率明显高于其中之一或之二强表达者或三者皆 + -表达者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CD4 4v6、MMP - 2与VEGF -C的过表达促进宫颈癌的浸润转移 ,三者具有正协同作用。联合检测CD4 4v6、MMP - 2与VEGF -C蛋白可作为预测宫颈癌的浸润转移及评价患者预后的生物学指标

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association of the expression of CD44v6, MMP-2 and VEGF-C (CD44 splice variant v6, matrix metalloproteinase-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor-C) with the clinicobiologic behavior in cervical carcinoma and the correlation between the 3 factors. Methods PV9000 immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44v6, MMP-2 and VEGF-C in 40 cases of cervical carcinoma. Results The expressions of CD44v6, MMP-2 and VEGF-C were positively related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis and were synergistic in action with one another (P<0.05). The probability of deep invasion and lymph node metastasis was higher in the patients with over expression of the 3 factors than in those patients with over expression of 1 or 2 factors or with weak/negative expression of the 3 (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of CD44v6, MMP-2 and VEGF-C are correlated to invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma, and thus can be used as markers to predict metastasis and invasion of cervical carcinoma and the prognosis of these patients as well.
