核仁组成区嗜银蛋白在甲状腺良恶性病变中的定量研究

摘    要:应用银染技术定量研究了57例甲状腺良恶性病变中核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)的数目和分布.计数结果;正常甲状腺细胞核AgNOR计数平均为2.51,腺瘤4.61,乳头状癌5.60,髓样癌与滤泡癌9.76,未分化癌11.86,均数差别有统计学意义。此外,AgNOR在不同类型的癌中分布形式也有差别,乳头状癌多呈较规则的团块,未分化癌则呈多而不规则的团块及较多散在颗粒,滤泡癌介于两者之间.表明AgNOR方法不仅可以作为定量或半定量指标区分甲状腺良恶性肿瘤,而且提示与癌分型和临床预后相关。

Abstract:The numbers and distribution of nucleolar organizer regions associated with argyrophil proteins (AgNor) in 57 cases of benign and malignant lesiona of thyroid was studied and determined quantitatively. The average figure of AgNor per nucleos is as follows: Normal thyroid 2. 51; adenoma 4. 61; pa- pillocarcinoma 5. 69; follicular carcinoma and medullary carcinoma 9. 76; undifferentiated carcinoma 11. 86. The average difference is of statistic sign- ificance. The ditributive patterns of AgNor of different types of carcinoma are different. This method may be regarded as a quantitatve or semiquanti- tare index in distinguishing benign lesions from malignant ones of thyroid. The value of quantitative study of this field in classification and progno- sis of carcinoma is also emphasized in this paper.
