奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效观察

目的：观察奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法：将69例经内镜证实为食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组（43例）和对照组（26例）,治疗组用奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗,对照组用垂体后叶素联合洛赛克治疗,同时采用补液、输血等对症支持疗法。比较两组的止血效果、药物不良反应等。结果：治疗组的总有效率为86.05%,与对照组的总有效率65.3%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果显著,副作用小,优于垂体后叶素联合洛赛克的治疗效果。

The Clinical Effect of Octreotide Combired with Losec in Tretment the Hemorrhage Resulted form Rupture of Esophageal Variceal in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis Ruptured Esophageal Varices Hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the combined effects of octreotide treatment Losec cirrhosis esophageal varices bleeding.Method：69 cases confirmed by endoscopic esophageal variceal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control group （26 cases）,treatment group,omeprazole treatment combined with octreotide in the control group Pituitrin with omeprazole treatment of joint and at the same time the use of rehydration,symptomatic supportive therapy,such as blood transfusion.Comparison of the hemostatic effect of the two groups,such as adverse drug reactions.Result：The total effective rate was 86.05%,with the control group,the total effective rate of 65.3%,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion：Octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined Losec bleeding esophageal varices significant effect of side effects,is better than joint pituitrin treatment Losec.
