摘    要:目的:研究卡托普利预处理对大鼠急性心肌损伤的保护作用及其对心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、异丙基肾上腺素损伤组(Iso损伤组)、卡托普利预处理组(Cap预处理组);用TUNEL方法检测心肌细胞凋亡,用免疫组化方法检测Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达。结果:Cap预处理组与Iso损伤组比较,心肌坏死面积减小,心肌细胞凋亡指数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:卡托普利可能通过上调Bcl-2和下调Bax蛋白的表达,从而抑制心肌细胞凋亡,发挥心肌保护作用。

The protective effect of Captopril preconditioning on rats of acute myocardial injured and its influence on apoptosis of cardiomyocytes
Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of Captopril preconditioning on rats of acute myocardial injured and its influence on apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.Method Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random,they were the control group,the Iso group and the Cap preconditioning group respectively.Cardiomyocytes apoptosis was detected with TUNEL method.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in myocardium were tested with immunohistochemistry.Results The myocardial necrosis area was reduced and the index of cardiomyocytes apoptosis was decreased obviously in Cap preconditioning group compared with Iso group(P<0.01).Conclusion Captopril possibly via its up-regulation of Bcl-2 protein expression and its down-regulation of Bax protein expression leads to reduce cardiomyocytes apoptosis and play a myocardial protective role.
