| 摘 要： | 目的 观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)静脉溶栓冶疗的,临床效果.方法 对我院2006年2月至2010年10月住院治疗的22例AMI病例进行尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗.结果 本组冠脉再通18例,再通率为81.18%.1例因Ⅲ度房宣传导阻滞合并心源性休克死亡.溶栓过程中3例出血并发症患者经对症处理后均不影响后续治疗.结论 尿激酶静脉溶栓...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The 22 patients with AMI were treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy in this hospital from February 2006 to October 2010.Results The coronary reperfusion was successfully performed in 18 patients,and the recanalization rate was 81.18%.1 case died because of Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block with cardiogenic shock.During thrombolysis,3 cases with bleeding complication receiveed and without influence to the follow-up treatment.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase is simple,safe and effective for the treatment of AMI,which can reduce mortality,reduce complications and improve left ventricular function and prognosis. |
