摘    要:近几十年来对地方性砷中毒的生物学指标的研究很多,但大多数是集中于地方性砷中毒的暴露以及效应指标方面,而对地方性砷中毒的机制以及其易感性生物学标志的研究在近些年才开始兴起,其中的一些研究结果报道了谷胱甘肽硫转移酶的基因多态性对地方性砷中毒易感性的影响,现将近些年的研究现状加以阐述.

Abstract:In recent years, much research has been conducted on the biological indexes of endemic arsenic poisoning, most of which has focused on the arsenic exposure and primary end-points. This paper reviews research on the relationship between the polymorphism of glutathione transferase and endemic arsenic poisoning.
