老年功能性肠病患者交感皮肤反应和情绪分析及其相关性研究

目的观察老年功能性肠病患者自主神经功能状态和情绪特征，探讨情绪与自主神经功能的相关性。方法采用M-314636型肌电诱发电位仪和正性负性情绪量表（PANAS）对117例非糖尿病老年功能性肠病患者的交感神经皮肤反应和情绪进行检测，并以75名健康老人为对照，线性回归分析情绪与交感神经皮肤反应的相关性。结果观察组交感神经皮肤反应波引出率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），与对照组比较潜伏期延长（P〈0．01），波幅降低（P〈0．01）；患者负性情绪明显重于对照组（P〈0．01），正性情绪则显著降低（P〈0．01）；情绪与交感神经皮肤反应密切相关（P〈0．01），负性情绪越重，交感神经皮肤反应波潜伏期越长，正性情绪越高，潜伏期则越趋于正常。结论老年功能性肠病患者存在明显自主神经功能异常和情绪障碍，情绪障碍与自主神经功能异常有关，临床治疗需要针对患者的精神心理特点给予适当心理干预。

Correlative study of sympathetic skin response and emotions in the elder patients with functional bowel disorder

Objective To investigate function of autonomic nervous system（ANS） and emotions in the elderly patients with functional bowel disorder （FBD）, and explore the relationship. Methods Sympathetic skin response（SSR） and emotions of 117 nondiabetic elderly patients with FBD were tested with M-314636 motor evoked potential instrument and PANAS,75 healthy elders were recruit as control group. The relationship between emotions and SSR was analyzed by Linear Regression. Results The inci- dence rate of SSR wave in patients was lower than that in control group significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,with latency prolonged and amplitude decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of negative emotions in patients was greater than controls significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the level of positive emotions dropped significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Emotions was correlated with SSR in patients （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the more serious the negative emotions, the longer the latency of SSR wave; the higher the positive emotions, the shorter the latency. Conclusion Elderly patients with FBD are suffered from obvious dysfunction of ANS and emotional disorders, and emotional disorders are correlated with the dysfunction. It is necessary to give patients suitable psychological intervention according to their mental features during the treatment.
