三维适形放疗联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效

目的探讨三维适形放疗（3DCRT）联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效、不良反应及生存率。方法对30例原发性肝癌患者先行TACE,将顺铂60～100 mg、丝裂霉素10～20 mg、与40%碘化油20 ml混悬液,注入肝动脉栓塞治疗2～4次。化疗停3～4周后再行3DCRT,采用6MV、X射线治疗,单次剂量1.8～2.0 Gy、每周5次,总剂量45～55 Gy。结果近期有效率为83.3.%,1、2年生存率分别为76.7%、53.3%。结论三维适形放疗联合肝动脉化疗栓塞是非手术治疗原发性肝癌的有效治疗方案。

Efficacy of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Treatments Combined with TACE in Patient with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect、adverse reactions and survival rate of TACE combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment in patient with Primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods 30 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were treated by 2~4 times of TACE by Cisplatin 60~100 mg,misogynic 10~20 mg and iodine oil 20 ml,followed by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with 6MV X rays,to a total doses of 45~55 Gy in conventional fractionation.Results the response rate was 83.3%.The 1 year survival rate was 76.7%,and the 2-year survival rate was 53.3%.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with TACE is effective for patients with Primary hepatic carcinoma.
