| 摘 要： | 护理过程中,采用牵手服务,能让病人体会到护理人员的关爱和体贴,使他们感到温暖和亲切,产生安全感,从而消除患者的紧张情绪。此服务方式可提高患者的满意度,有利于缓解紧张的医患关系。

| Abstract: | Introduction of hand-holding service in the nursing during invasive medical procedures is of significant advantages,including providing patients with considerate care and concern,helping them build sense of security during medical treatment,and soothing patients' strain and tension,thus improving patients' satisfaction with medical service and alleviating the tensional relationship between medical staff and patients. |
