| 摘 要： | 目的观察大败毒胶囊联合异维A酸治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的82例患者按就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服大败毒胶囊、泰尔丝;对照组仅口服泰尔丝。两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组有效率为88.10%,对照组为62.50%;治疗组复发5例,对照组复发13例,两组患者的有效率和复发率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论大败毒胶囊联合泰尔丝治疗重度痤疮疗效较好,复发率低。
