| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辛伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的影响及作用机制。方法随机将48例COPD稳定期患者分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予辛伐他汀20mg顿服,治疗8周,于治疗前、后记录临床症状得分并检查肺功能、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果治疗后干预组与治疗前及治疗后对照组临床症状得分、CRP较治疗前明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异无显著性;治疗前后干预组、对照组及两组相比,FEV1、FEV1%及IL-6差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论短期辛伐他汀治疗能改善COPD患者临床症状及降低CRP水平,但不能改善肺功能及降低IL-6水平,辛伐他汀对COPD的疗效及作用机制仍未明确。
