| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors analyzed some cases of medical disputes in the department of gynecology,explored their medical roots,social impact,and refect on the cases from an ethical perspective.Some feasible suggestions are also proposed,including strengthening sense of medical ethics and morality among doctors,and giving enough respect for patients' right of informed consent. |
