| 摘 要： | 通过科学的医疗卫生评估体系，对神木医改进行科学、理性的思考与评价，并提出一些建设性意见：充分发挥“康复工作委员会”一口上下的协调作用，综合协调，相互支持，共同推进；建立健全筹资机制，优化资源配置，促进理性就医；加强公立医院、乡镇卫生院和村卫生室建设，完善基本医疗和基本保障制度建设，坚持定点医院和转诊制度，以期对神木的医疗卫生改革以及我国卫生事业的发展提供参考。
