| 摘 要： | 构建和谐医院是构建和谐社会的组成部分之一，构建和谐医患关系又是构建和谐医院环境的重要内容。通过探讨构建和谐医患关系，提出：有利于建立医患互信，有利于提高医院经济效益。构建和谐医患关系的主要措施为：完善业务管理，提高医疗质量；实施医疗政务公开，增强收费透明度；倡导微笑服务，改善服务态度；改进医院设施，优化就医环境；加强制度建设，加大处罚力度；做好三项沟通，争取宽松外部环境；内求团结，外求发展等。

| Abstract: | Hospital is a crucial component in establishing a harmonious society,in which the doctor-patient relationship plays an important role.In this paper,the authors explore the significance of establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,inclduing the benefit for building mutual trust between doctors and patients,and the increase of hospital economic interests.Some feasible suggestions on building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship are also raised in the paper,inclduing perfecting medical affairs ... |
