| 摘 要： | 目的分别观察喜辽妥软膏与50%硫酸镁治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法将60例化疗患者随机分为试验组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。患者输入化疗药物后出现局部皮肤肿胀、疼痛。试验组局部外涂喜辽妥;对照组局部湿敷50%硫酸镁。分别观察患者使用药物后的反应。结果试验组与对照组消肿效果的比较,试验组优于对照组;使用后效果满意度和舒适满意度,试验组优于对照组;使用后价格满意度,对照组优于试验组。结论静脉输入化疗药物后使用喜辽妥较50%硫酸镁能在更短时间内解除局部肿胀,并能有效缓解疼痛,使用方便、显效快。
