| 摘 要： | 目的探讨意外胆囊癌的临床与病理学特征、诊断与鉴别诊断以及治疗原则和预后。方法回顾分析2007年7月～2010年9月诊断的9例意外胆囊癌临床与病理资料。结果肿瘤表现为息肉状突起或胆囊壁增厚变硬,镜下表现为异型腺上皮呈腺样或巢团状浸润性生长。免疫组化CK7（＋）,CK20（-）,CEA（＋）,EMA（＋）。中位随访期为26.7个月,有6例存活,3例死亡。结论意外胆囊癌由于症状无特异性,术前诊断困难。治疗应根据肿瘤的不同分期采取不同的手术方式。
