| 摘 要： | 目的观察TLR4和TLR9mRNA在麻风患者外周血单核细胞中的表达情况。方法运用SYBRGreen荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测麻风现症患者(30例)与已痊愈患者(30例)外周血单核细胞中TLR4和TLR9mRNA的表达水平,并与正常人作比较。结果 TLR9mRNA在麻风患者外周血单核细胞中的表达明显高于已痊愈组和正常对照组(P均<0.01),但痊愈组和正常对照组的差异不显著;且TLR4mRNA在麻风现症患者外周血单核细胞中的表达与痊愈组和正常对照组的差异也无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 TLR9mRNA在麻风患者外周血单核细胞的表达明显升高,提示TLR9mRNA可能是麻风杆菌的特异识别受体,TLR9可能参与了机体感染麻风分枝杆菌后的免疫反应。TLR4是否参与了机体感染麻风分枝杆菌后的免疫反应尚有待于进一步论证。 |
