摘    要:[目的]研究和建立亳州产丹参药材的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS)指纹图谱,考察不同批次丹参药材的质量稳定性,为全面的评价其整体质量提供依据。[方法]采用UPLC-MS法分别对水溶性成分和脂溶性成分进行测定,对10批样品的相似度进行计算分析;对共有峰进行标定,并通过MS数据对色谱峰进行指认。[结果]建立了10批亳州产丹参药材中水溶性成分和脂溶性成分的UPLC-MS指纹图谱,标定共有峰18个,其中水溶性成分8个,脂溶性成分10个,鉴定了其中9个色谱峰的化学成分,10批样品的相似度均大于0.90。[结论]该方法准确可靠、重现性好,可以用于丹参药材的整体质量评价。

Abstract:[Objective] To study and establish the UPLC-MS fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. (Danshen), to investigate the stability of different batches of sample for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Danshen. [Methods] The fingerprint of Danshen (including water-soluble phenolic acids and lipophilic tanshinones) was applied to UPLC-MS, and the similarity of 10 batches of samples was analyzed. The common peak was determined, and identified by the MS data. [Results] The UPLC-MS fingerprint of Danshen was obtained, and 18 common fingerprint peaks were indicated (including 8 water-soluble phenolic acids and 10 lipophilic tanshinones), and 9 of them were identified by comparison with reference standards, and the similarities of the 10 samples were more than 0.90. [Conclusion] The method is reliable and stable, which can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of Danshen.
