电离辐射对晶状体透明度影响研究

摘    要:目的:为了解电离辐射对晶状体透明度影响,探索放射性白内障发生的机制。方法:对泰安市717名放射作业人员的健康状况进行调查,同时以320名非电离辐射的医务工作者作为对照,并将晶状体改变作为调查重点,结合历年来的个人剂量监测结果进行分析。结果:放射作业组中晶状体浑浊的检出率与对照组,有显著性差异,且检出率随放射人员的工龄增长,累计接触放射剂量的增高而增加,晶状体浑浊主要是点状及片状等改变。部位以后囊下,前囊下多见。结论:晶状体改变是判断电离辐射损害的重要指标。对预防电离辐射引起人体损害有特别重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of ionizing radiation on the transparency of lens ,and explore the methods of preventing the develop- ment of radiating cataract. Methods Health examine of the 717 workers engaged in radioactive profession in the dity of Taian, and the result was compared with another 320 doctors who are not exposed to radination. Results Comparing the rate of opaque lens of the radiation group with that of the control group, we can find that the variation is obvious, and the rate increases with the increase of the lenth of service and the dose of radiahon. The character of lens opacities is dotting and fragmentary varia- tion. The position, in most cases, is at the anterior subcapsular and pos- terior subcapsular. Conclusion The change of lens is an important guideline to estimate the damage of radiation to prevent the damage of radiation
