原发性高血压患者血清C反应蛋白浓度变化的临床意义

目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清C反应蛋白浓度变化的临床意义。方法选取2011年1月至2013年5月我院收治的原发性高血压患者260例为高血压组,选取同期来我院体检的身体健康,无心、脑、肾和高血压病史的260例对象为正常对照组,所有患者均对标本中的CRP进行检测。结果高血压组患者的CRP水平显著高于正常对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危组患者CRP水平明显高于中低危组,中危组显著高于低危组,三组间CRP差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),病情越重CRP越高。结论高血压病患者血清CRP水平与病变严重程度有一定关系,cRP定量测定对判断高血压患者危险性有重要预报价值。

Hypertensive Patients Serum C-reactive Protein Concentrations Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate patients with essential hypertension serum C-reactive protein concentrations of clinical significance. Methods From January 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital 260 cases of patients with essential hypertension hypertensive group, select the same period in our hospital medical health, mood, brain, kidney and hypertension 260 case subjects were normal control group, all patients were carried out on samples of CRP testing. Results CRP levels in patients with hypertension group was significantly higher than the normal control group, the two groups statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05 ） . CRP levels in patients with high-risk group was significantly higher than in the low-risk group, risk group was significantly higher than the low risk group, CRP differences among the three groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ） , more severe illness CRP is higher. Conclusion Serum CRP levels in hypertensive patients with disease severity have a certain relationship, cRP quantitative determination of judging the risk hypertensive patients has important predictive value.
