腹腔镜胆囊三角Ⅴ型解剖的临床应用

目的在临床上使用腹腔镜胆囊三角V型解剖,对其效果进行分析和探讨。方法本校附属医院在2011年3月至2012年12月期间,对收治的500例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。对这些患者进行随机分组,分成试验组和对照组,分别为250例。对照组:从患者的胆囊三角后侧进行解剖;试验组:对患者进行腹腔镜胆囊三角Ⅴ型解剖;对两组患者在手术后出现的并发症进行分析。结果试验组中:患者在手术中,胆道损伤患者有3例,占1.2%;胆漏患者有2例,占0.8%。在对照组组:胆道损伤患者有20例,占8%;胆漏患者有12例,占4.8%。对两组患者的并发症进行比较和分析,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜胆囊三角V型解剖对患者进行胆囊切除,可减少在手术中出现的并发症,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Laparoscopic Gallbladder Triangle Type V Clinical Anatomy

Objeetive In clinical use of laparoscopic triangle type V dissection, analysis and discussion of its effect. Methods In our hospital in 2011 March -2012 year during December, the clinical data of 500 cases of were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Were randomly assigned to these patients, divided into experimental and control groups, respectively 250 cases. Control group： were dissected from patients with gallbladder triangle side; the test group： laparoscopic gallbladder triangle type V anatomy of the patients; analysis of two groups of patients in the complication after the operation. Results Ppatients in test group in the operation, patients with biliary injury in 3 cases, accounting for 1.2%; bile leakage were 2 cases, accounting for 0.8%. In the control group： Patients with biliary duct injury in 20 cases, accounting for 8%; bile leakage were 12 cases, accounting for 4.8%. Comparison and analysis of two groups of patients with complications, the difference is significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion For patients with cholecystectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy triangle type V dissection, obvious effect, reduce the occurrence of the complications in the operation.
