| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对儿童挫伤性前房积血疗效的影响。方法选取我科68名挫伤性前房积血儿童住院患者进行研究,在常规治疗的基础上,给予相应护理干预,比较治疗前后疗效。结果经过治疗与护理后,积血全部吸收,视力恢复方面也比治疗前有明显提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童挫伤性前房积血患者实施护理干预可提高疗效、促进视力恢复及减少并发症发生起着非常重要的作用,在临床中应给予足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Objective Approach the nursing intervention to anterior chamber hyphema of bruises curative effect for the child. Methods To select 68 anterior chamber hyphema of bruises the child stays in the hospital the patient to carry out the research, foundation conventional therapy up, give to correspond the nursing intervention, compare the prior treatment and post-treatment curative effect. Results After treatment and nursings, all haematoceles were absorptioned, the sight renovation had the obvious exaltation than prior treatment, possess statistical significance.（P〈0.05） Conclusion To anterior chamber hyphema of bruises the child sufferer to practice nursing intervention can raise the curative effect and promote sight instauration and reduce the complications occurrence to rise count for all-important effect, should to give enow reconstruction in the clinic. |
