摘    要:目的探究氢原子发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中药砷的含量。方法选取5种常见的中药材(黄连、黄岑、生地黄、金银花、连翘),应用原子荧光光谱法对这些中药材中的砷含量进行分析。结果从测定的结果来看,5种清热类中药材黄连、黄岑、生地黄、金银花、连翘的砷含量分别为304.8ng/g、520.8ng/g、324.7ng/g、356.2ng/g、317.4ng/g。结论这5种常见的中药材中砷含量均在安全范围以内,没有超出国家安全标准,而且原子荧光光谱法对于测定中药中的砷含量精密度高且操作简便易行,可以大力推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the determination of arsenic content in traditional Chinese medicine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry atomic hydrogen generation. Methods Selected 5 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine (Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, rehrnannia root, honeysuckle, forsythia), analyzed of arsenic content in the Chinese herbal medicine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The arsenic content of 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine Coptis, Scutellaria baicalensis, heat-clearing in Rehmannia Root, honeysuckle, forsythia were 304.Sng/g, 520.8 ng/g, 324.7 ng/g, 356.2 ng/g, 317.4 ng/g,respectively. Conclusion The arsenic content of these 5 kinds of common conclusions in Chinese traditional medicine is in the safe range, not exceeding the national safety standards, and atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of arsenic content in high precision and easy operation of the traditional Chinese medicine.
