成都市三级甲等医院急诊科护理人员情感承诺的研究

目的了解急诊护理人员情感承诺现状及其人口学特征与总体情感承诺的相关性。方法采用整群抽样法抽取成都市辖区三级甲等医院急诊科102名护理人员,采用组织承诺问卷及护理人员人口学特征问卷对其进行调查。结果急诊科护理人员总体情感承诺以一般为主,占56.86%;比较高者次之,占41.18%;无非常低及比较低者。性别、工龄、用工性质进入了与总体情感承诺回归分析的方程(R2=0.108,P=0.005)。结论急诊科护理人员总体情感承诺处于中等水平,其性别、工龄、用工性质与总体情感承诺有相关性。

Investigation of the affective commitment of nurses in emergency departments of 3-A level hospitals in Chengdu City

Objective To investigate the affective commitment of nurses in emergency departments and analyze the correlation of demographic characteristics of nurses with their affective commitment. Methods A total of 102 nurses in emergency departments of 3 - A level hospitals in Chengdu City were Seleeted by cluster sampling method. They were investigated with Organizational Commitment Questionnaire（OCQ） and a demographic questionnaire. Results 56.86% of the emergency nurses showed moderate level in affective commitment, and 41.18% were in relatively high level. No nurses were in low and very. low level. The nursese＇gender, years of working experience and types of employment entered the regression analysis equation（ R2 = 0. 108, P = 0. 005 ）. Conclusion The affeetive commitment of nurses in emergency departments is in the medium level. The gender, years of working experience and types of employment are correlated with their affetive commitment.
