| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨骨髓间充质干细胞的体外分离和培养方法。方法 采用密度梯度离心法和贴壁法进行骨髓间充质干细胞的分离，体外培养并观察其形态学特点。结果 细胞呈梭形或星形，4-5代内具有良好的增殖能力。结论 该方法是一种较理想的骨髓间充质干细胞培养方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the methods for isolation and culture human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Human marrow stem cells were proliferation characteristics of marrow stem cells were observed in primary and passage culture.Results Marrow stem cells were spindle-shaped and active proliferation capacity in vitro.Conclusion This methods is suitable for cultured bone marrow stem cell. |
