阴沟肠杆菌对抗菌药物耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解阴沟肠杆菌的耐药现状,指导临床合理用药。方法采用K~B纸片扩散法对临床感染病例标本中分离出的56株阴沟肠杆菌进行10种抗生素药敏试验。结果阴沟肠杆菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、氯霉素及哌拉西林的耐药率分别为76.8%、75.0%、67.9%、66.1%和62.5%,对头孢哌酮的耐药率最低(7.1%)’敏感性达87.5%。结论头孢哌酮是治疗阴沟肠杆菌感染较为理想的药物。

Abstract:Objective In order to investigate the present drug resistance of enterobacter cloacae and provide doctor with appropriate therapeutic protocol. Methods Susceptibility of 56 enterobacter cloacae strains isolated from clinical samples to 10 kinds of antibiotics was tested using K-B method. Results The resistant rate to penicillin, ampicillin, cefazolin, chloramphenicol and piperacillin was 76.8 %, 75.0 %, 67.9 %, 66.1% and 62.5% , respectively. However, the level of cefoperazone resistance was low (7.1%), while 87.5% of enterobacter cloacae strains were susceptible.Conclusion Cefoperazone is the optimal treatment drug in the treatment of enterobacter cloacaeideal.
