首参颗粒对颈动脉粥样硬化患者临床疗效的初步评价

摘    要:目的观察补肾中药复方首参颗粒对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服普伐他汀,治疗组服用首参颗粒,疗程均为6个月。于治疗前后采用彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉硬化患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT),动脉硬化仪检测肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),并观察用药前后患者的血脂变化及肝、肾功等安全性指标。结果治疗后6个月,对照组IMT、TC、TG、LDL-C及TC/HDL-C比值较治疗前均明显降低,HDL-C较治疗前明显升高;治疗组baPWV较治疗前明显降低,TG、TC/HDL-C比值较治疗前降低,HDL-C较治疗前明显升高。结论首参颗粒可通过降低IMT、baPWV及改善脂质代谢进而有效干预治疗颈动脉粥样硬化病变。

The Preliminary Evaluation of the Clinical Curative Effect on Carotidatherosclerosis Patients for Shoushen Granules

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidney shoushen granules on carotid atherosclerosis in patients.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with pravastatin,treatment group took shoushen granules,the treatment course is 6 months.Before and after the treatment with color Doppler ultrasound detection of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT),arteriosclerosis detection brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) before and after treatment were observed,and the changes of blood lipid in patients with hepatic,renal function and safety index.Results: after 6 months of treatment,the control group IMT,TC,TG,LDL-C and TC/HDL-C ratio were significantly lower than that before treatment,HDL-C significantly increased;baPWV in treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,TG,TC/HDL-C were lower than those before therapy,HDL-C significantly increased.Conclusion: the shoushen granules can reduce the IMT,baPWV and improve lipid metabolism and effective intervention for the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.
