免煎中药颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

目的:观察免煎中药颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)患者的临床治疗作用。方法:将72例诊断为非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗前后观察患者体重、影像学变化,检测肝功能与血脂(TG、TC、LDL)的变化,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率94.4%,对照组总有效率63.9%,治疗组肝功能明显改善,血脂含量下降,肥胖者体重得到有效控制,影像图也显示肝脏有质的改善,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:免煎中药颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝具有良好的治疗效果,能够改善肝功能,控制体重,降低血脂,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of treating NAFL with free fried TCM particles

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating NAFL with free fried TCM particles. Methods:72 patients with NAFL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Observing the patient’s changes of weight, imaging, liver function and blood lipids (TG、TC、LDL) in the two groups before and after treatment, were compared the clinical efficacy. Results:After treatment for 72 cases, the totol effective rate was 94.4% in treatment group and 63.9% in control group. The liver function of the treatment group improved significantly, decreased lipid content, weight has been effectively controlled, imaging of the liver showed the qualitative improvement. There were significant differences (P<0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion:Treating NAFL with free fried TCM particles has good therapeutic effect, can improve liver function, control weight, lower blood lipids, and be worthy of clinical application.
