| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBO在各种肠瘘瘘口周围皮肤损害的治疗效果。方法：以我院治疗的27例各种原因肠瘘患为临床分析资料，全部病例均以湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗瘘口周围皮损。每天换药2-4次。结果：全部病例经2-14天连续用药治愈，创面愈合率100%。结论：MEBO治疗瘘口周围皮损使用方便，痛苦小，疗程短，效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin injury around intestinal fistula. Method: 27 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. The dressing was changed 2 to 4 times a day. Results: All patients were healed in 2 to 14days. The curative rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating skin injury around intestinal fistula. It is simple and pain free. The treating course is short. |
