| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响城市居民就医的主要因素.方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对2100名韶关市居民进行问卷调查,并应用Logistic回归分析对数据进行分析.结果医疗机构类别项差异有显著性(P＜0.01),其回归系数为0.491,而进入回归方程的变量中回归系数最大的则是是否在业变量,为1.180.结论医疗服务质量和个人经济状况是影响居民就医的主要因素.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the main influential factors of seeking medical tendency for city resident. Methods 2100 residents were stratified cluster sampled randomly to complete the questionnaires of their seeking medical attention,and the data were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The variable of medical organization had significance of difference (P<0.01) ,its regression coefficients was 0.491,the largest regression coefficients was the variable of whether work (1.180) among all variablesthat being into regression equation.Conclusion The main influential factors of seeking medical tendency were medical service quality and economic situation of resident . |
