2型糖尿病患者左心室肥厚及影响因素

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者左心室肥厚及影响因素。方法 2型糖尿病患者111例,测定空腹血清胰岛素、血糖、血脂水平,测量血压,接受超声心动图检查,计算左心室质量(LVM)和左心室质量指数(LVMI),分为左心室肥厚(LVH)组和非LVH组。结果 LVH组收缩压、稳态模型法胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均高于非LVH组(P<0.05)。LVMI与收缩压、HOMA-IR正相关(r=0.331和r=0.423,P均<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者收缩压、胰岛素抵抗参与LVH的发生、发展,胰岛素抵抗程度与LVH密切相关。

Left Ventricul Hypertrophy in Type 2 Diabetes and the Influencing Factors

Objective To observe left ventricul hypertrophy （ LVH ） in type 2 diabetes and the influen- cing factors. Methods A total of 111 diabetes patients were examined for fasting serum insulin ; glucose, serum lipids, blood pressure, and echocardiography. They were divided into two groups of left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） group and non-LVH group according to the left ventricular mass index（LVMI）. Results The SBP,insulin resistance index（IRI） in LVH group were higher than those of non-LVH group. Linear correlation showed that SBP, IRI were positively correlated to LVMI （ R = 0.331,0. 423, both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion SBP and insulin resistance are involved in the pathogenesis and progress of LVH in type 2 dia- betes,and insulin resistance and LVH are closely related.
