血清C-反应蛋白浓度在呼吸道病毒感染中的诊断作用和临床治疗意义

摘    要:目的 探讨血清C-反应蛋白浓度在呼吸道病毒感染中的诊断作用与临床治疗意义.方法 回顾性分析深圳市南山人民医院于2012年3月至2013年3月收治的181例呼吸道感染患者的临床资料,根据患者所感染的病原体类型将所有患者分为细菌感染组(63例)、病毒感染组(58例)及支原体感染组(60例),并选取同时期于我院进行健康体检的60名健康者作为对照组.比较各组治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白的浓度与白细胞数量.结果 细菌感染组、病毒感染组、支原体感染组及对照组血清C-反应蛋白浓度及白细胞计数检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,所有患者的血清C-反应蛋白浓度均明显下降(P<0.05),细菌感染组治疗前后白细胞总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 C-反应蛋白浓度的升高对于呼吸道病毒感染的早期诊断有一定的意义,在患者接受治疗后,其浓度还能够反应治疗的临床疗效.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnosis significance and clinical treatment effect of serum C-reactive protein con- centration in respiratory virus infection. Methods The clinical data of 181 patients with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the pathogen infection types, all patients were divid- ed into bacterial infdction group (63 cases) , viral infection group (58 cases) and mycoplasma infection group (60 cases) , and 60 health people were selected at the same time in our hospital for health examination as control group. The serum levels of C-re- active protein and white blood cell count were compared before and after the treatment. Results There were significant differ- ences between the bacterial infection group, virus infection group, mycoplasma infection group and control group in serum C-reac- tive protein concentration and white blood cell count (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; After treatment, the serum C-reactive protein concentration de- creased significantly in all of the patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were significant differences in white blood cell count before and af- ter treatment in bacterial infction group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The increase of C-reactive protein concentration has a certain significance in the early diagnosis of respiratory virus infection. For patients after treatment, the concentration can also reflect the clinical effect of treatment.
