摘    要:目的 通过磁共振成像术(magnatic resonance imaging,MRI)分析患者治疗前、后腰椎间盘突出及其周围结构的形态变化,判断综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,采用物理因子、药物、牵引、推拿、医疗体操等疗法治疗30d.疗程结束后对患者进行腰椎MRI复查,评估治疗效果及治疗前、后突出椎间盘及其周围结构的形态变化.结果 中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效率为82.5%,治疗前、后的腰椎间盘MRI信号强度、厚度、突出的程度、椎管前后径与横径、侧隐窝宽度等的差异均无统计学意义.结论 中西医结合疗法不能对腰椎间盘突出症的形态改变产生明显影响,但可有效缓解或消除腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状.

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of combined therapy on disci intervertebrales and their surrounding tissues and thus to determine its therapeutic effects on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion with magnafic resonance imaging. Methods After combined therapy including physical agents, drugs, traction, manipulation and remedial exercises had been adopted to treat 40 iubax intervertebral disc protrusion patients for 30 days, morphologic changes of disci intervertebrales and their surrounding tissues of these patients were observed by magnetic resonance imaging. Results The effective rate of combined therapy on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion was 82.5%, there were no obvious changes of thickness, salient degree of disci intervertebrales, anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter and latero-cryptae extent of vertebral canal after the treatment. Conclusion Though the combined therapy can not change the morphous of lobar intervertebral disc protrusion, it may efficiently relief the clinical symptoms of patients with lobar intervertebral disc protrusion.
