| 摘 要： | 在整体护理实施过程中 ,采取多种形式的护理查房 ,取得了较满意的效果。查房的形式有 :对比性查房、评价性查房、个案护理查房、系列查房、讨论式查房和教学查房等。这种多形式的查房 ,绝大多数护士认为效果好 ,收获大。经发放调查表 ,结果显示护士对多种形式查房的满意率高于传统式查房 ,两种查房形式满意率经 χ2 检验 ,χ2 =18.7969,P <0 .0 1,认为多形式查房能充分发挥护理人员的主观能动性 ,活跃护理查房的气氛 ,激发护理人员独立思考和解决问题的自觉性 ,并能体现临床与实践相结合 ,增强护理人员的工作责任心。

| Abstract: | The authors reported the satisfactory effect of multi orientation ward nursing inspections in holistic nursing, which included comparative inspection, evaluation inspection, case nursing inspection, systematic inspection, discussion oriented inspection and teaching oriented inspection. Most nurses argued that multi orientation ward nursing inspections resulted in striking effect and they benefited a lot from it. The result of investigation among them showed that the satisfaction rate to multi orientation ward nursing inspections was higher than that to the conventional inspection ( P <0.01). They believed that multi orientation ward nursing inspections could give full play to their subjective activity, enlivened the atmosphere of nursing inspection and stimulated their activity in pondering over and solving problems and enhanced their responsibility for their work. |
