边缘社区党建问题研究

当前,随着城市化进程的加快,我国出现了大量的边缘社区。边缘社区空间的变化,不仅使得社会问题增多,同时也弱化了党组织自身的建设。强化边缘社区党组织建设,同时充分发挥党组织在社区工作中的作用,加速边缘社区转型,必须从社区的具体实际和面临的问题出发,明确党组织在集中居住社区的领导核心地位,确保党组织在社区各类组织机构中的主导作用;转变党的工作机制,强化党组织的利益整合功能,维护社区的稳定与和谐;寻求财力支持,建立稳定的工作经费保障制度;借助当前构建城乡统筹的基层党建活动以及党员进社区活动等契机,寻找社区党组织的发展点与生长点;加强人力资源与制度规范环节,引领社区党员与群众共同进步。
