闭合性阴囊损伤的CT诊断

目的确定闭合性阴囊损伤的ＣＴ诊断价值。方法 对２３例闭合性阴囊损伤的ＣＴ资料及临床处理进行回顾性分析。结果 根据睾丸失去正常的卵圆形结构，白膜中断，睾丸组织突出或睾丸断片分离等征象，ＣＴ正确诊断睾丸破裂８例；ＣＴ亦能显示阴囊壁血肿，鞘膜积血，白膜下血肿，睾丸实质血肿，睾丸附睾挫伤，精索及附睾血肿等其他病理改变。１７例手术探查证实ＣＴ显示的各种病理改变与手术病理完全相符。结论 ＣＴ能准确诊断各种类型

CT diagnosis of blunt scrotal trauma

Objective Evaluation of CT in the diagnosis of blunt scrotal trauma. Methods We reviewed the CT diagnoses and treatment of 23 patients with blunt scrotal trauma. Results CT showed disruption of testicle in 8 patients as evidenced by loss of the normal ovoid shape of the testis, discontinuity of tunica albicans,extruion of testicular tissue and fragmentation of testied. CT could demonstrate also can show hematoma of the scrotal layers, hematocele sub tunica hematoma, and intratesticular hematoma. Contusion of testis and epididymis, hematoma of the spermatic vein and epididymis. At operation, the CT diagnosis was fully confirmed. Conclusions CT is highly accurate to assess the extent and type of scrotal injury. CT findings provide evidence for clinical management and prognosis of blunt scrotal trauma. To achieve best long term results, early surgical intervention should be performed in case of rupture of the testicle, hematocele and large testicular hematomas.
