| 摘 要： | 强调脑原发淋巴瘤的ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ特征，提高临床诊断的正确性。方法回顾性分析了９例经病理证实的脑原发淋巴瘤的ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ资料，其中７例同时进行ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ扫描。结果９例病共发现病灶２７个，病灶除分布于额叶，颞叶，基底节等常见部位外，还可见于视交叉，松果林区和胼胝体。

| Abstract: | Objective TopromotethediagnosticaccuracyofprimaryCNSlymphomathroughemphasison itsimagingfeatures Methods MRandCTscansof 9caseswithprimaryCNSlymphomaverifiedbypathology wereretrospectivelyanalysed 7patientshadbothCTandMRIstudies Results 2 7lesionswereidentifiedin 9 patients Exceptthecommonlocation (basalganglia ,temporallobe ,frontallobe) ,afewlesionsinoptical chiasma,pinealregionandcallouscorpuswerealsofound OnCT ,96%oflesionsappearedasiso orhighdensity and 81%arehomogeneous OnT1WI,89%oflesionswereisointenseorslightlyhypointensewhile 10 0 %were isointenseorslightlyhyperintenseonT2 WI Mostlymphomainthebrainshowedminimalormoderateedema( 78% ) andmasseffect( 82 % ) Oncontrast enhancedimages,74 %appearedasmarkeduniformenhancementand 2 6% hadnecrosisorcysticchange Conclusions Primaryintracraniallymphomainimmunocompetentpatientshas typicalfeaturesonCTandMRimages Misdiagnosiscouldbedecreasedifdueattentionwaspaidtoit |
