血液中乙醇含量的顶空气相色谱内标测定法

目的建立血液中的乙醇浓度的顶空气相色谱内标定量测定方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法,加入硫酸铵降低乙醇在血液中的溶解度,以内标法定量。结果乙醇在0.2～10mg/ml范围内,乙醇与内标物的峰面积比值与浓度呈线性关系（r=0.9987）,平均回收率为99.5%～102.9%,相对标准偏差为1.57%～3.26%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于酒后驾车驾驶员血液中乙醇含量的测定。

Determination of Blood Alcohol Concentration by Headspace gas Chromatography

[ Objective] To establish a beadspace gas chromatography method for determining blood alcohol concentration. [ Methods ] Headspace gas chromatography method was adopted for detection, and ammonium sulfate was added to decrease the solubility of alcohol in blood, quantified by internal standard method. [ Results] The calibration curves of the ratio of alcohol and the internal standard peak area were linear （ r = 0. 9987 ） between alcohol concentration in the range of 0.2 - 10 mg/ml. The average rates of recovery were 99.5 % - 102.9 %, and the relative standard deviations were 1.57%- 3.26%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate and applicable to determination of blood alcohol.
